Biogenic Research Corporation owns the exclusive license to develop and market certain proprietary applied stem cell technologies known and trademarked as Biogenic Medicine.

These technologies produce pluripotent stem cells from the host and have been shown to regenerate, not just repair, full-thickness skin, subcutaneous tissue, peripheral nerves, connective tissue of ligaments and tendons, and non-union bone and cartilage.

Biogenic Medicine has been demonstrated in private medical practice involving human wound repair in more than 100 cases in which damaged tissue has been removed and replaced with newly-regenerated tissue.

While moving toward FDA approval for treatment of humans, the process has also demonstrated an extraordinary level of regeneration in the veterinary field, specifically, highly valuable racehorses.

Management contends that there is no other comparable process currently available.
