America's Hunting Network

America’s Hunting Network seeks to develop and operate a proprietary, Internet-based, vertically-integrated information portal with the primary focus on solving the industry’s hunter access problem by connecting hunters with providers of hunting lands as well as other horizontal markets within the hunting industry.

According to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the number one problem that American hunters face each hunting season is accessing a place to hunt. Each year hunters spend over $5 billion a year on membership fees to hunting associations, hunting magazines, trade journals and trade shows in an effort to access a place to hunt. Furthermore, hunting industry executives and luminaries such as the CEO’s of the 43 organizations that are partners in American Wildlife Conservation Partners state that hunting access is one of the most serious problems facing the hunting industry in the future.  These executives also agree that the lack of hunter access to hunting lands is suppressing the growth of the industry and if solved would result in an increase in both the annual number of hunters and days hunting in the field; increase funding for wildlife and land management; and a significant increase in habitat restoration programs. Since most industry associations are principally comprised of hunters, management believes it can connect the 1.4 million private landowners via relationships with industry associations such as Ducks Unlimited, Quail Unlimited, Wildlife Forever, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and others and, thereby influence membership growth.

Hunting access providers currently do not have a cost effective  method to advertise their hunting programs and services to large hunting populations across the U.S.  It is estimated that nearly 1.8 million providers spend over $13.7 billion per year advertising in hunting magazines, trade journals and trade shows.  These providers include landowners who sell hunting programs and leases; public lands owned by state or federal government; hunting guides and outfitters; and real estate brokers who sell hunting properties.
